I’m looking to set up a Klaviyo email program focused on keeping my current customers active and excited about our brand. Each week I want to send a balanced mix of newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates that feel personal, on-brand, and valuable. Here’s what I need help with: • Mapping a weekly sending calendar that alternates the three email types without overwhelming subscribers. • Writing concise, engaging copy and subject lines that fit our voice. • Designing mobile-friendly templates inside Klaviyo that are easy for me to tweak later. • Setting up segments and basic automations so the right customers receive the right message. • Testing and reporting on open rates, clicks, and conversions so we can refine over time.
