Field Market Research Agent (Task-Based) — Lagos, Nigeria (Apparel/Fashion) Job Description: We are looking for a field agent to conduct t-shirt market research in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a fixed-fee task: $30 total, 10 days, covering Balogun Market and Yaba. About Us: Horizon Bliss is an India-based private-label cotton t-shirt export house building its go-to-market in Nigeria. This is ground-floor work for a long-term export operation, not a one-off data job for a company that won't be back. Your Responsibilities: Visit t-shirt retailers/wholesalers in Balogun Market and Yaba, Lagos Record pricing, fabric, fit, print, and sizing preferences using a structured sheet we provide Pose as both buyer and seller at different stalls to capture real price ranges, not just asking prices Document each shop visited with photo/video proof Log a minimum of 8 buyer and seller contacts with full details (name, phone/WhatsApp, shop) Deliver a completed market research sheet (template provided) at the end of the 10 days What We're Looking For: Based in Lagos, able to travel within Balogun/Yaba Comfortable approaching traders and asking pricing questions Smartphone for photo/video documentation Reliable, detail-oriented — this data drives a real sourcing and pricing decision, not a formality Prior market research or field survey experience a plus, not required Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the cultural context Beyond This Task: This is the first phase of a long-term Nigeria market entry. Once our product catalogue and website are finalized, we'll be hiring for an ongoing Sales Executive role in Lagos with commission-based earning potential. Strong performance on this research task will be a factor we weigh when that role opens .
