Scope of Work The consultant will collaborate with our team to develop a professional manual that includes: Part A – Residential Landscape Design Guidelines • Design philosophy • Design principles • Spatial planning • Garden zoning • Design hierarchy • Plant composition principles • Material selection principles • Color and texture harmony • Typical planting styles • Design Do's & Don'ts • Illustrative diagrams where appropriate ________________________________________ Part B – Presentation Standards Develop a premium presentation template that reflects Mishari's brand identity. The template should include: • Cover page • Table of contents • Design narrative page • Site analysis layout • Concept page • Mood board • Material palette • Plant palette • Masterplan presentation • Detail page • Perspective/render page • Closing page The objective is to establish a consistent visual language for all future client presentations. ________________________________________ Deliverables • Professionally designed PDF Manual (approximately 30–50 pages) • Editable source files (Adobe InDesign preferred; Affinity Publisher or PowerPoint acceptable if agreed) • Fonts, icons, and graphic assets used (with appropriate licensing) • Presentation template ready for future projects in various formats (PDF, WORD, POWERPOINT, CAD) ________________________________________ What We Will Provide We are not looking for someone to invent our company identity. We will provide: • Our existing design philosophy • Brand identity • Reference projects • Inspiration images • Existing plant library • Feedback throughout the development process The consultant's role is to transform these ideas into a professional, structured design manual and presentation system. ________________________________________ Ideal Candidate • Landscape Architect (preferred) • Landscape Design Studio • Experience in luxury residential landscape design • Strong graphic presentation skills • Experience creating internal design standards, manuals, or brand guidelines is highly desirable • Excellent communication in English
