My recently serviced laptop is back in my hands, but before I sign off on the repair I want independent confirmation that everything now performs exactly as it should. I need a technician who can put the machine through its paces, documenting every step so I have clear evidence of its condition. The scope covers both hardware and software. On the hardware side I want the CPU and RAM stress-tested, the hard-drive and SSD examined for bad sectors and health metrics, and the battery/power supply checked for proper charge, discharge and wattage behaviour. Standard tools such as MemTest86, Prime95, CrystalDiskInfo or similar are welcome—use whatever you are most comfortable with as long as results are reproducible. Software testing is just as important. Please validate operating-system stability (boot loops, BSODs, error logs) and typical application functionality. I run everyday productivity suites and a few browser-based apps, so any broad test set that exercises those areas will do. I am not currently requesting malware or virus scans; my priority is stability and function after repair. Deliverables: • A concise report summarising each test performed, the tool/version used and the result • Raw logs or screenshots for every completed test • A short conclusion stating whether the laptop is fully functional or if residual issues remain Acceptance criteria: all requested components and software areas must be covered; reports should be easy to follow, with pass/fail indicators and any anomalies highlighted. Once I receive the documentation and confirm the outcomes, the project will be considered complete.
