I need a complete LAPU-based recharge system delivered as two tightly-integrated products: 1) A Windows desktop portal focused on recharge management. It must let me load SIM balances, trigger single or multiple top-ups, view live status, and track every transaction in real time. The workflow should feel similar to the standard LAPU devices used by telecom distributors, only on a PC. Clean UI, role-based access, and an underlying database that keeps a permanent, searchable log are essential. 2) A companion Android application for agents and end users. At a minimum the app should allow them to initiate a recharge, receive instant feedback from the LAPU SIM, and sync all activity back to the desktop portal through a secure API. I am open to adding extras such as sign-in, push alerts, or in-app history if it can be done without slowing the schedule. Both components must talk to the physical LAPU device or GSM modem reliably. If you have an existing Java, .NET, or PHP back end that already handles AT commands and SIM rotation, feel free to propose it—stability is more important than reinventing the wheel. Please include: • Desktop executable or installer • Android APK + source (Android Studio preferred) • REST or socket API connecting the two • Database scripts and basic documentation I will test by running 50 live recharges and confirming the status matches on both platforms. If you have previous LAPU or telecom recharge experience, highlight it in your bid.
