I’m building a small, fully-remote support team across Latin America—ideally starting with a few reliable people in Mexico—and my most urgent need is accurate, fast data entry. You’ll be adding records to Excel or Google Sheets, cleaning fields, and double-checking that everything lines up with the project guidelines I provide during onboarding. Beyond day-to-day data entry, you may occasionally be asked to translate Spanish-to-English or English-to-Spanish documents, run quick web-based research, copy-paste information between platforms, and tidy up the look and feel of Excel spreadsheets so they present well to stakeholders. Training videos and reference guides come with every task, and I’m always available for questions on Slack or Zoom. To fit in smoothly you should: • Live somewhere in LATAM and be between 29–39 years old. • Speak native-level Spanish and read/write basic English. • Work from a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection. Our schedule is flexible—you decide when to log in as long as deadlines are met. For transparency and easy tracking we handle assignments and payments through Freelancer’s milestone system.
