Amazon.com Store Setup for Brazilian Manufacturer We are a Brazilian manufacturer looking for an experienced Amazon specialist to help us set up and launch our products on Amazon.com in the United States. We manufacture lightweight handheld drill attachments, generally weighing less than 2 kg. Initially, inventory will remain in Brazil and orders may be fulfilled directly from Brazil to U.S. customers using FBM. We may later move successful products to Amazon FBA in the United States. We are looking for someone who can guide and execute the complete initial setup. Scope of work * Set up and configure our Amazon Seller Central account for selling in the United States * Configure the North America/Brazil unified selling account where applicable * Configure Amazon.com listings and store settings * Set up FBM shipping from Brazil to U.S. customers * Configure shipping templates, including different treatment or restrictions for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other high-cost destinations * Help define appropriate handling and delivery times for international shipments * Configure return policies for an international seller * Advise on U.S. return-address or return-provider options * Prepare the account for a future transition to Amazon FBA * Guide us through UPC/GTIN requirements and product identifiers * Create and optimize the initial product listings * Set up product variations where applicable * Configure relevant product categories and attributes * Basic keyword and Amazon SEO optimization * Assist with Amazon Brand Registry requirements if applicable * Review packaging, labeling, and Amazon compliance requirements * Guide us through the first test order/shipment process * Explain the ongoing operational process so our internal team can manage the store after launch Products The initial catalog will consist of a relatively small number of lightweight drill attachments manufactured by our company in Brazil. The products are physical tools/accessories, normally below 2 kg, and are intended primarily for the U.S. market. Important experience We strongly prefer candidates who have previous experience with: * Non-U.S. companies selling on Amazon.com * Brazilian or Latin American Amazon sellers * Amazon FBM international fulfillment * Amazon FBA * International shipping and returns * Seller Central configuration * Tools, hardware, garden tools, power-tool accessories, or similar products Please explain specifically whether you have previously helped a foreign company launch products on Amazon US. Deliverables At the end of the project, we expect to have: 1. A fully configured Amazon.com seller account 2. Initial products correctly listed and ready for sale 3. FBM shipping settings configured for shipments from Brazil 4. Return settings correctly configured 5. A clear process for fulfilling orders from Brazil 6. A clear path for transferring successful SKUs to FBA in the future 7. Basic documentation or a handover meeting explaining how we should operate the account Please include in your proposal: * Relevant Amazon experience * Examples of similar projects * Experience with international sellers * What parts of the setup you will personally handle * Any parts that require third-party services, such as customs, freight, trademarks, or a U.S. returns provider * Your fixed price for the complete project
