I’m shooting a digital short that blends an educative message with light-hearted prank scenarios, and I need three talented female actors to carry the narrative. These are true lead roles: you will drive the story, interact directly with unsuspecting participants, and deliver the key take-aways that turn each prank into a teachable moment. The commitment is two to three consecutive shooting days (exact dates shared once casting is confirmed). Scenes are compact, so strong preparation and reliability are crucial—once we’re on location everything moves fast. Because the tone shifts between informative and mischievous, I’m looking for performers who can pivot smoothly from sincere explanation to playful improv without breaking character. Here’s how we’ll work: • Send a short self-tape showing both a straight, informative delivery (30–45 seconds) and an improvised prank reveal (30–45 seconds). • If selected, we’ll hold a brief virtual rehearsal to lock in beats, safety cues, and any consents needed for on-camera bystanders. • Arrive on set camera-ready; wardrobe guidelines are casual contemporary unless a specific scene calls for a change (I’ll supply those pieces). • Wrap each day once all scheduled scenes are captured and continuity checks are cleared. Final acceptance hinges on on-set performance matching the energy and clarity shown in the audition tape and on hitting the educational punch-lines cleanly so they edit together without pickups.
