I need a high-converting landing page that introduces our latest commercial venture, an assured-rental project, to serious investors and captures their contact information for follow-up. The single page should load fast, look authoritative, and guide visitors seamlessly toward leaving their details. Core requirements • Audience focus: investors only—language, visuals, and value propositions must speak to ROI, rental assurance, and long-term security. • Primary goal: data capture. Place prominent, above-the-fold call-to-action buttons that open a concise form (name, email, phone). Re-state the CTA after key persuasive sections to maximise submissions. • Visual style: clean, modern design aligned with our brand palette (we’ll supply logo and colours). Include trust cues such as project highlights, location map, and any certification badges we provide. • Responsiveness: page must render flawlessly on mobile and desktop, with a sub-2-second load time. • Tech stack: build in pure HTML/CSS/JS or a lightweight builder like Webflow; final output should be easy for my in-house team to edit. • Tracking ready: wire Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel placeholders so we can drop in IDs later. Deliverables 1. Fully coded landing page (HTML/CSS/JS or Webflow share link). 2. Embedded form connected to Mailchimp (or a simple email forwarder if you prefer). 3.
