My goal is simple: turn eye-catching social content into measurable business growth. I want a marketer who can plan and run a performance-based strategy that does two things at once: 1) Produce professional reels and companion posts for Facebook and Instagram. The tone should alternate between informative pieces that educate prospects and promotional spots that nudge them toward my offer. 2) Drive targeted visitors to my site through Google performance marketing, then tighten the funnel so those clicks become qualified leads. You’ll own the creative calendar, ad-set structure and day-to-day optimisation. I’ll supply brand guidelines and raw footage; you edit, caption, schedule, and push live. On the search side, you’ll set up campaigns, craft ad copy, handle keyword research, and keep an eye on ROAS. Weekly reporting should cover reach, engagement, cost per lead and traffic uplift, with concrete next steps.
