WE’RE HIRING: LEAD GENERATION TEAM / AGENCY We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Team or Agency to generate high-quality membership enquiries for a growing fitness business based in Australia. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns • Generate qualified leads for gym memberships, trials, and promotions • Manage paid advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms • Create and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Develop effective lead funnels and retargeting campaigns • Monitor campaign performance and reduce cost per qualified lead • Track leads throughout the customer journey • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations • Coordinate with our internal marketing and sales teams Requirements: • Proven experience generating leads for gyms, fitness businesses, health brands, or service-based companies • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads • Experience with CRM systems, landing pages, lead funnels, and campaign optimisation • Ability to provide previous campaign results or case studies • Strong communication and reporting skills • Results-focused approach centred on qualified leads and conversions To Apply, Please Send: 1.
