We're a US-based company looking for a reliable, English-fluent Virtual Assistant to help grow our pipeline through outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. This is an ongoing role with room to grow based on performance. What You'll Do Contact leads we provide via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter Research and generate new leads when needed Send personalized, professional outreach messages (not generic templates) Follow up consistently with prospects Identify and qualify interested leads Schedule meetings with qualified prospects Maintain organized records of leads and outreach activity Provide regular progress reports (weekly or as agreed) What We're Looking For Fluent in written and spoken English Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X/Twitter for professional outreach Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or virtual assistance preferred Strong written communication and organizational skills Self-directed — able to follow instructions with minimal supervision Reliable internet connection Professional, respectful tone in all client-facing communication Compensation Base: $200/month Performance bonus: $2–$50 per outcome, based on lead quality and meetings scheduled Opportunity for increased pay/hours as you prove consistent results To Apply, Please Include: Your location Relevant lead-gen or outreach experience Platforms you've used Your weekly availability A short sample outreach message (2–3 sentences) Applications must begin with "Lead Generation VA" to confirm you've read the full posting.
