I need a standalone landing page built with one clear purpose: turning visitors into leads. The page should feel clean, persuasive, and entirely focused on a single call-to-action button that drives sign-ups. Here’s what matters most to me: • A strong, visually prominent CTA button that invites visitors to “Join the Newsletter” (or similar wording we agree on) and triggers the sign-up flow. • A short, compelling headline and supporting copy that highlights the value of subscribing—think benefits over features. • A lightweight form that only asks for essential fields, so conversions stay high. • Modern, responsive design that looks and loads great on mobile first and scales smoothly to desktop. • Quick hand-off: once complete, I want the HTML/CSS (or the builder file if you prefer tools like Elementor, Webflow, or plain React) so I can plug it straight into my hosting stack. If you have a preferred framework, let me know; I’m flexible as long as it remains fast and easy to maintain. After the hand-off, the page should be ready to connect to my email service provider for list management.
