I’m putting together a simple website whose sole purpose is to capture leads and tell me exactly where each one came from. Here is what I need built: • A clean registration page that asks visitors for their basic details (name, email, phone—nothing fancy). • Multiple unique links pointing to that same page, each link representing a particular source or campaign. When someone clicks one of those links, their submission must be tagged in the database so I can sort registrations by source later. • After a visitor hits “Submit,” the system should immediately send them a confirmation email. A brief on-screen thank-you message is fine, but the email is mandatory. • An admin view (even a lightweight one) where I can log in, see the list of registrants, and filter or export by source. Feel free to use whatever stack you’re most comfortable with—PHP + MySQL, Node, Python/Django, or even a no-code tool—so long as the tracking is reliable and the confirmation emails send without fail. Let me know how you plan to structure the tracking links and any third-party services you’d hook in for email delivery.
