I have a legal PDF in English that must be translated into two target languages—Somali and German—while keeping the look, structure, and pagination identical to the original. After translating every clause, heading, and footnote, I also need the text inside the PDF itself edited so the final files are clean, searchable, and ready for official use (no separate Word drafts). What I will supply • The original English-language PDF • Any reference terminology I already have for Somali or German legal wording What I expect back 1. Two fully laid-out PDFs (Somali and German) that mirror the source design. 2. Accurate, context-appropriate legal terminology; machine-translated text cleaned up by a professional is fine so long as the final result reads as if originally drafted in the target language. 3. A short change log noting any areas where formatting could not be preserved exactly and why. Tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, or similar PDF editors are welcome as long as the final documents remain vector/print ready and fully editable for future revisions. I will review translation accuracy with native legal reviewers, so please keep placeholders or translator notes out of the delivered files.
