I’m producing a short, fully live-action vignette that follows a single teenage-looking gamer as he drifts from total immersion in an intense video game to complete unconsciousness. The tone should feel cinematic, not campy, with moderately realistic wisps or waves of sleeping gas that build almost imperceptibly until the character succumbs. Scene basics • Talent: one male, 18–25, who can easily pass for a high-school senior. • Wardrobe/props: casual gamer clothes, quality gaming chair, headset with boom mic, controller or keyboard/mouse, and a monitor that can display looping gameplay footage • Action beats: focused gaming → subtle gas enters frame → gradual drowsiness (slower reactions, heavy lids) → final slump as controller drops or hands fall limp. Camera can push in or cut between close-ups and medium shots to sell the progression. • Audio: dramatic underscore that intensifies then softens as he loses consciousness. I’m open to either an existing track or something you compose specifically for the piece. Just make sure we have the rights for online use. • Visual effects: practical haze or tasteful VFX overlay—nothing cartoonish—so it reads clearly yet stays believable. • Runtime: roughly 45–60 seconds before fade-out. Deliverables 1. Final 1080p (or higher) master in ProRes or high-bitrate H.264. 2. Separate stereo music stem so I can adjust levels later. 3. Project files or VFX layers if digital gas is added. Acceptance criteria • Performance convincingly sells fatigue without exaggeration. • Gas effect blends naturally with ambient room lighting; no neon colors or CGI “clouds.” • Game footage and on-screen HUD remain visible and synced throughout. • Music complements the pacing; no copyright flags.
