The Program The Hybrid Home Share Program is a residential option in which an adult with a developmental disability lives with a caregiver who is contracted with Taproot to provide ongoing daily support. The Caretakers role is to provide a safe home environment where adults can develop social and life skills to ready themselves to reach their full potential for independence.
