I need help completing and e-filing Form 3 with the Registrar of Companies so that my LLP Agreement properly reflects an Amendment of business activities. No alterations to partners, capital, or any other clauses are involved. Here is what I expect from you: • Prepare Form 3 on the MCA portal, attach the updated agreement and any required resolutions. • File the form, respond promptly to any MCA resubmission notes, and share the SRN along with the filed documents once the ROC has approved them. You must already be comfortable working inside the MCA/LLP portal and familiar with digital signatures (Class III). Accuracy and strict adherence to ROC compliance timelines are vital, as I want the amendment reflected in the master data without delay. Preferably Chartered Accountant
