**Project Title: Local E-commerce Setup & Operating Partner – South Africa or South America** We are a Canada-based business looking for an experienced local ecommerce consultant or operating partner in **South Africa or South America**. Our goal is to establish and operate a locally registered ecommerce business and Shopify store. As we are not residents of the target country, we need assistance completing the local business, banking, payment and ecommerce setup requirements. **Scope of Work** The selected freelancer should be able to assist with some or all of the following: * Local company registration for a foreign owner * Registered business address * Corporate bank account application * Local payment gateway setup * Shopify or local ecommerce website setup * Local marketplace account setup * Ongoing ecommerce store management We are looking for a legitimate and transparent business structure. All directors, shareholders and beneficial owners must be properly disclosed to banks, payment providers and government authorities. **Preferred Locations** * South Africa * Brazil * Colombia * Chile * Peru * Argentina * Other suitable South American countries **Candidate Requirements** * Currently residing in the country where the business will be established * Experience with local company registration and ecommerce operations * Familiarity with Shopify, local payment gateways and business banking * Knowledge of local tax, accounting and compliance requirements * Verifiable professional experience and references * Strong English communication skills * Spanish or Portuguese skills are preferred for South American applicants **Payment Structure** We are open to discussing: * A one-time setup fee * A fixed monthly store management fee Please provide a clear breakdown of: 1.
