I am looking for someone who can handle the full sales cycle here in my city—leveraging both face-to-face opportunities (showrooms, builders, architects, contractors) and the most effective local online marketplaces or social media buy-and-sell channels. You will be expected to: • Analyse the current inventory and set competitive local pricing • Create compelling online listings with photos and accurate specs • Prospect and follow up with walk-in or referred leads, arrange site visits, close deals, and coordinate pickup or delivery Because timing is critical, I’d like to see the first listings live and initial customer outreach happening within days of kickoff.
