I’m building an online hub where people can quickly find and book trusted local plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and other household pros. I need a developer-designer who can take the site from blank screen to launch-ready, handling both the visual polish and the behind-the-scenes logic. Core experience for visitors • Browse or search by service and location • Check authentic customer ratings and written reviews before committing • Reserve an exact date and time through a smooth, multi-step booking flow • Pay on the spot with major cards or mobile wallets, then receive an instant confirmation email Back-office needs • An intuitive dashboard where I can approve new provider listings, moderate reviews, and track completed jobs and payouts • Automatic emails/notifications to keep clients and providers informed of booking status, reschedules, or cancellations • Responsive design that works flawlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop Preferred stack is flexible—as long as the final product is fast, secure, and easy for a non-developer to update (WordPress + WooCommerce/Bookly, Laravel + Vue, or a comparable framework are all fine). Clean code, clear documentation, and a short hand-over call at the end will let me maintain the site without surprises. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) 1. Pixel-perfect, responsive UI delivered from approved Figma or Adobe XD mocks 2. Fully functional review & rating module tied to completed bookings only 3. End-to-end booking system with calendar, availability rules, email notifications, and admin override 4. PCI-compliant payment gateway integration, tested in sandbox and live modes 5. Admin dashboard, roles & permissions, and basic analytics setup 6.
