I’m building a fresh pipeline of decision-makers who handle accounting functions—specifically Accounts Payable Specialists and Managers, Finance Managers, Accountants, Bookkeepers and Office Managers—in small businesses right here in my local market. The focus industries are the ones where paper flow and vendor volume make AP pain points urgent: retail shops and chains, private medical or dental practices, construction firms, logistics and rental companies, plus transportation outfits such as courier or trucking operators. What I need from you is a verified list of new prospects I can reach out to for our accounting services. Local accuracy matters more than large volume, so quality trumps quantity. Deliverables • Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing for each lead: company name, contact name, position title, direct email, phone, physical address, industry tag, and a brief note on how the contact was sourced or validated. • All data must be permission-safe and gathered through compliant methods—no scraped or purchased spam lists. • Minimum 100 clean leads to start, with the option to extend if the first batch meets accuracy and relevance standards.
