I’m onboarding a fresh team of full-time picker packers for several logistics warehouses in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Gujarat and Jaipur. The work is straightforward—receiving incoming stock, locating items quickly, packing them securely and handing them off to dispatch—yet accuracy and speed are critical because each site moves high volumes every day. Hands-on familiarity with basic inventory management is the one skill you must already have; it tells me you can read a manifest, update stock ledgers or apps without supervision, and catch discrepancies before they turn into delays. If you have additional exposure to scanners or WMS software, that will only strengthen your application. All roles are permanent, full-time shifts. Once you’re shortlisted, I’ll match you with the warehouse closest to you, brief you on the exact shift schedule, and guide you through the site-specific safety induction.
