I’m looking for a graphic designer to create a professional visual identity for a new web platform displaying information on government subsidies. It an AI-powered subsidy assistant for Dutch organizations. The platform helps SMEs, schools, municipalities, public-benefit organizations, and advisors find relevant subsidies and grants, understand eligibility, monitor deadlines, and generate source-grounded subsidy scan reports. The brand should feel trustworthy, professional, calm, credible, modern, and precise. It should feel more like a reliable funding analyst or public-sector technology platform than a flashy AI startup. The visual identity should be suitable for: - Dutch SMEs - Schools and municipalities - Public-sector and semi-public organizations - NGOs and foundations - Advisors, accountants, and subsidy consultants Important: the design should not suggest that the platform is an official government organization. It should feel credible and compatible with official-source research, but clearly independent. Preferred Brand Direction: The brand identity should be built around trust, verification, source-grounded analysis, and practical opportunity discovery. I prefer a semi-descriptive logo rather than a purely abstract mark. The logo should quickly suggest what the platform does, while still feeling clean and professional. Possible logo concepts: - Document + verification/search mark - Source/document lines becoming insight - Navigator or compass concept - Abstract “S” built from structured records or analysis lines - A clean mark that suggests trusted analysis and finding relevant opportunities Please avoid: - Euro symbols - Coins or “money” clichés - Cartoon robots - Generic AI sparkles - Crypto-like design - Overly playful or futuristic styling - Green-dominant sustainability branding Preferred Colors: The brand should be led by deep navy / dark blue, supported by teal. Green and gold should be used only as secondary functional accents. Suggested palette: - Deep navy: #12324A - Trust blue: #2563A6 - Deep teal: #0F766E - Success green: #276749 - Opportunity gold: #D8A23A - Dark text: #17202A - Muted text: #64748B - Light background: #F7FAFC - White: #FFFFFF The logo should work mainly in navy/blue/teal. Gold may be used only as a small accent if it improves the concept. The logo must also work in one color. Accessibility is important. Please consider contrast rules for web usage. For example, do not rely on gold with white text. Scope of Work: - Primary logo: icon + text, delivered as master vector and high-resolution raster files - Logo size variations optimized for: - Website header - Social media profile images - Social media posts - Print advertisements - Favicon: simplified mark that remains recognizable at 16–32 px - Brand book PDF including: - Color palette values in HEX, RGB, and CMYK - Clear-space rules - Typography recommendations - Usage examples on light and dark backgrounds - Logo dos and don’ts - Basic brand application examples - Accessibility and contrast guidance - Rules for using accent colors - Guidance for consistent brand assets across website, reports, and ads Required Deliverables: - 3 initial logo concepts - Final primary logo in AI, SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF - Horizontal logo version - Icon-only version - Favicon files suitable for website use - Light background version - Dark background version - One-color version - Size-optimized files for web, social media, and print - Brand book as PDF - Full commercial usage rights Brand Book Application Examples: Please include mockups or examples for: - Website header - Website favicon - PDF subsidy scan report cover - LinkedIn ad or social media post - Dashboard or SaaS-style UI usage - Light and dark background usage Style References: Think clean B2B SaaS, govtech, legaltech, fintech, compliance tools, public-sector technology, and professional advisory platforms. The result should feel credible enough for a municipality or school, but accessible enough for small business owners. The identity should be consistent and distinctive. I want a brand system that can become recognizable over time, not just a nice standalone logo. Please include examples of previous logo, favicon, or brand identity work, especially for SaaS, fintech, govtech, legaltech, B2B, public-sector, or professional services brands.
