I have a clean PNG of my company logo and I need it professionally digitised into a PES file ready for my Brother embroidery machine. The finished stitch area should come in at roughly 100 mm × 40 mm so it fits the space I have in mind. Please feel free to use standard thread colours that best match the artwork—no custom palette is required. I’d like a file that stitches smoothly with an efficient thread path and minimal jump stitches. Along with the PES file, a quick stitch preview and basic run sheet (stitch count, colour sequence) would be helpful so I can load it straight into the machine with confidence. If you normally work in Wilcom, Hatch, Brother PE-Design, or similar software that produces clean, tested outputs, that’s perfect. One small tweak round after I test-stitch is all I anticipate.
