I am looking for a thoughtful, long-term creative and artist-development partner for my independent music project, Katie Noir. This is not a standard social media management job. I need someone who genuinely studies my music, story, audience and long-term vision before suggesting a strategy. Katie Noir is a lyric-driven, autobiographical project built around emotional storytelling, privacy, humour, a strong visual identity and meaningful connection with listeners. I currently manage songwriting, production, releases, visual direction, outreach and communication myself while studying medicine, but I cannot remain a one-girl army forever. I am looking for guidance, shared responsibility and sustainable artist development, not fake engagement, generic promotion or empty promises. I understand that this is a modest starting budget and I am not expecting full-time availability or an unrealistic amount of work for it.
