# Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed (Long-Term) I'm looking to add another experienced developer to my team for ongoing work. This is **not** a one-time project—I'm looking for someone I can rely on for updates, new features, integrations, troubleshooting, and scaling as our platform continues to grow. ### What You'll Be Working On * Backend API integrations * Payment gateway integrations (merchant accounts such as Paddle, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) * Google Ads conversion tracking and event tags * Server-side tracking and webhooks * CRM integrations * Authentication and user management * Dashboard improvements and analytics * Bug fixes, optimizations, and new feature development ### What I'm Looking For * Strong full-stack development experience * Excellent backend/API integration skills * Experience with webhooks, payment systems, and third-party APIs * Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and analytics is a big plus * Able to quickly understand an existing codebase without needing constant direction * Fast communicator who keeps projects moving * Problem solver who can identify issues and recommend solutions instead of waiting to be told every step ### Ideal Candidate I want someone who thinks like a technical partner, not just a coder.
