We are not looking for a single freelancer. We are looking for a long-term creative team that can become our outsourced marketing department. Scope of Work You will manage our social media presence across: Instagram Facebook TikTok (preferred) YouTube Shorts (preferred) Google Business Profile Responsibilities Content Planning Create monthly content calendar Suggest trending ideas Build a consistent brand style Plan promotional campaigns Video Editing We will provide: Raw workshop footage Before & After videos Customer delivery videos Product photos You will create: Instagram Reels Facebook Reels TikTok videos YouTube Shorts Videos should include: Captions Motion graphics Transitions Royalty-free music Brand logo Call-to-action Graphic Design Create: Carousel posts Promotional banners Educational graphics Stories Seasonal campaigns Copywriting Write engaging captions for every post. Include: Relevant hashtags SEO-friendly keywords Clear call-to-actions English must sound natural for the Australian market. Publishing Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or similar tools. Maintain a consistent posting schedule. Community Management Reply to: Comments Direct Messages Escalate technical or pricing enquiries to us. Reporting Provide a monthly report including: Reach Engagement Followers Growth Best Performing Posts Recommendations for next month Requirements We are looking for a team with experience in: Automotive brands Car detailing PPF Vinyl Wrap Luxury vehicles Lifestyle brands Experience with: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects CapCut Pro Canva Pro Meta Business Suite Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or similar is highly preferred.
