We’re looking for an experienced mobile app development team to build a modern Oil Management and Dispatching Platform that will be offered as a multi-tenant SaaS product. The goal is to create a platform that helps oil companies and distributors manage their day-to-day operations, including oil inventory, orders, dispatching, deliveries, drivers, customers, and reporting—all from one centralized system. The platform will support multiple companies (tenants), with each company having its own secure account, users, data, settings, and operational workflows. Core Features Multi-tenant SaaS architecture Secure user registration and login Role-based access and permissions Oil/product inventory management Customer and supplier management Order management Dispatch management Driver and delivery management Assigning deliveries to drivers Real-time delivery/order status updates Delivery tracking and history Notifications and alerts Digital proof of delivery Invoices and payment records Reports and analytics Admin dashboard for SaaS management Tenant/company-level dashboards Subscription and plan management Mobile apps for relevant users Web-based admin panel for platform management We want the platform to be designed with scalability in mind, as the goal is to onboard multiple oil companies and grow this into a full SaaS product. We are looking for someone who has experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms, logistics/dispatch systems, inventory management solutions, or similar business applications. The ideal developer/team should be able to understand the business workflow, suggest the right technical architecture, and build a reliable and user-friendly product rather than simply developing based on a basic feature list.
