I’m putting together a compact communications board and need a full PCB design that integrates every piece of the hardware listed below into one reliable, battery-backed solution. Core parts to place • RP2350 MCU • LoRa2021F33-2G4: 2W High-Power, High-Speed Multi-Band LR2021 Wireless Communication Module Additional board on hat to connect with CC1314R10’s 5 W module, All ufl connections and sma for high power output. LoRa module wired to the RP2350 over SPI • EC2000 4 G/LTE modem with onboard GPS • 10/100 Ethernet port • Dedicated UART for a serial console • Li-ion battery, charge circuit and seamless battery-backup power path Functionally, this board is all about data communication: Ethernet for wired links, LoRa for long-range low-power, the EC2000 for cellular/GPS, and SPI plus the UART for everything that stays on the board. The design should respect proper RF layout for the 5 W LoRa stage, include ESD and surge protection on the Ethernet magnetics, and route clean power domains so battery operation stays quiet even while the modem is transmitting. Deliverables • Complete schematic (Altium, KiCad or Orcad—your choice, source files required) • Placement and routed PCB layout ready for a four-layer fab • Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place and 3-D step exports • Clearly marked test points for SPI, UART and power rails • BOM with manufacturer part numbers and at least one in-stock supplier per part • Brief design report covering RF considerations, power budgeting and battery-backup behaviour Acceptance I’ll review schematics for part selection, run a DRC on the layout and check the RF section follows vendor guidelines for the output. When those pass, the job is done. If this sits in your wheelhouse and you’re comfortable juggling Ethernet, high-power LoRa RF and a 4 G modem on the same board, I’m ready to move quickly.
