PROJECT OVERVIEW ──────────────── I have an existing React/Vite web app (built with Lovable, currently running as a PWA on Supabase backend) for a client. I need it wrapped as a native Android app using Capacitor, with reliable push notifications, and published to Google Play Store under the client's business account. The web app is fully built and functional — this project is ONLY about wrapping, native features, and Play Store publication. No frontend redesign, no backend changes. DELIVERABLES ──────────── 1. Capacitor Android wrap of the existing React/Vite app - App configured to load from live URL (Lovable production) - AndroidManifest correctly configured - Deep linking support for /bookings/{id} routes 2. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) integration - google-services.json integrated - Push notification token registration on app launch - Token saved to Supabase table (fcm_tokens) - Foreground and background push handling - Notification tap routes to correct in-app page - Push must work reliably with app closed / phone rebooted 3. Native features - Biometric login (fingerprint / face unlock via Capacitor plugin) - Native camera access for document uploads - Status bar theming - Splash screen with client branding 4. App branding - App icon generated from provided 1024×1024 master (all Android sizes) - Splash screen with brand color - App name configured in launcher 5. Signed release build - Production keystore generated (delivered to me securely) - Signed AAB (Android App Bundle) ready for upload - No hardcoded credentials — all sensitive keys via environment variables 6. Google Play Store submission - Configure Play Console listing under client's Developer account (I will grant limited access, or upload the AAB myself if preferred) - Screenshots (5–6 phone screenshots, generated professionally) - Feature graphic (1024×500) - Data safety declaration filled in correctly - Content rating questionnaire completed - Submission to Internal Testing track first, then Production 7. Documentation - README with build commands, how to update the app - Instructions for future maintenance (I will handle ongoing changes) - Keystore backup instructions TECH STACK ────────── - React + TypeScript + Vite (existing codebase, exported to GitHub) - Supabase (backend — no changes needed) - Capacitor 6.x (or latest stable) - Firebase Cloud Messaging (v1 HTTP API, not legacy) - Google Play Console REQUIREMENTS FROM APPLICANTS ──────────────────────────── Must have: - Shipped at least 3 Capacitor/Ionic apps to Google Play (share live URLs) - Strong React + TypeScript - FCM integration experience (v1 API, not legacy FCM) - Play Store submission experience including data safety declarations - English communication good enough for daily WhatsApp/Slack updates - Available during Asia/Karachi hours for milestone reviews Nice to have: - Ionic Framework experience - Capgo or CodePush experience (for future OTA updates) - iOS App Store experience (for potential Phase 2) PROJECT STRUCTURE & PAYMENT ─────────────────────────── Milestone-based, 25% each: Milestone 1: Capacitor wrap + Android build runs on device → I install APK on my phone, all screens render correctly Milestone 2: FCM push notifications working end-to-end → Test push arrives with app closed, tap routes correctly Milestone 3: Native features (biometric, camera) + branding complete → App icon, splash, biometric login working, camera uploads work Milestone 4: Signed AAB uploaded to Play Store, app approved and live → App accessible on Play Store, keystore securely delivered TIMELINE ──────── Total: 3 days from project start BUDGET ────── [YOUR OWN — recommend €100–300 total, negotiable based on portfolio] IMPORTANT NOTES ─────────────── - All code delivered via Git commits to my repo (no zip files) - No credentials or keys committed to Git - 30-day bug-fix warranty on any code you write TO APPLY ──────── Please include in your proposal: 1.
