I need a single, up-to-date spreadsheet that lists every data center in the United States—operational, under construction, in planning, or sitting in the building-permit queue. For each site, I must have: • the facility name and physical address • a main phone number • a verified personal email for the top IT decision-maker (CTO, IT director, etc.) or the company owner as well as IT managers, fiber cable people, buyers and more. To build this list you will have to pull from multiple angles: official government databases for permits, industry websites and trade publications for announcements, LinkedIn profiles for current leadership contacts, and supplier sites that often reference future facilities. Feel free to enrich the file with any other relevant fields you uncover (square footage, power capacity, commissioning date, etc.). Deliver the data in Excel or CSV, clearly separating operating, under-construction, and planning/permit entries. I will sample several rows against their public records and LinkedIn profiles; accuracy on those checks is the acceptance gate for payment.
