Hiring: Scripter + Builder for Low-Poly Curb Appeal Simulator Looking for a developer to build a small, polished simulator game. This is Phase 1 of an ongoing project, strong collaborators will be invited back for future paid updates. Concept: Clean and restore properties (mow, blow leaves, power wash) → earn cash → upgrade tools → unlock the Modern Mansion. Stylized low-poly, mobile-optimized. Core Loop: Clean & Prep → Earn Cash → Upgrade Tools → Unlock Next Property. Properties (both built in this phase): 1. Suburban Family Home (accessible from start) — front yard, driveway, sidewalk, and a larger backyard 2. Modern Mansion (locked, unlockable) — large yard/acreage, long driveway, multiple structures Job Order System: Each visit generates a randomized task list from the owner — 1 to 3 tasks, varies each time. e.g. one visit might be "mow the backyard" alone, another might be "power wash the driveway, blow leaves off the sidewalk, mow the front yard." Tasks pull from mowing, leaf blowing, and power washing. Variation note (keeps property build cost low while still feeling fresh): Property layouts (driveway shape, yard shape) stay fixed to keep build scope manageable but the mess/condition varies each visit. Examples: - Power Washer: dirt patches appear in different spots/amounts on the same driveway or fence each visit - Mower: grass length varies (short patchy spots vs. fully overgrown) and which sections need mowing changes - Leaf Blower: leaf pile locations and density shift each visit Tools (2 upgrade tiers each, basic → advanced): - Mower — grass mesh/texture swap, push mower → faster mower - Leaf Blower — leaf piles vanish on collection, basic → wide-AoE blower - Power Washer — dirt decal removal via drag/tap, basic → advanced nozzle Key Features: Before/after reveal with payout + tip based on completion quality · satisfying VFX/SFX Monetization: - 2x Cash gamepass - Buy Cash (skip grinding) Looking for: portfolio/links to published Thank you for your time, look forward to hearing from you!
