I need a complete mechanical design package for a vending machine that dispenses medium-sized LPG cylinders (11–20 kg). The machine must securely store multiple cylinders, release one on demand, confirm stock levels in real time, and tie into an electronic payment module. Here’s what I expect from you: • Detailed 3-D CAD files and 2-D manufacturing drawings for frame, storage rack, safety interlocks, and the dispensing mechanism • Integration points for load cells or similar sensors so the controller can check cylinder availability before and after each sale • A clear path for mounting a standard payment terminal and routing protected cabling without compromising safety regulations • Bill of materials with part numbers, materials, and recommended suppliers • Assembly and maintenance instructions that a technician can follow without guesswork Acceptance criteria: the design must handle at least one full 20 kg cylinder drop without deformation, keep all live gas connections enclosed, and allow a complete cylinder swap in under three minutes using standard hand tools.
