We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads specialist to launch and optimize lead generation campaigns for an international luxury architecture, engineering and construction group. Our company delivers high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects worldwide, including: * Architecture & Interior Design * Construction & Fit-Out * Project Management * Engineering * FF&E Procurement * Bespoke Solutions Our clients include private villa owners, developers, hotel operators and commercial investors. ⸻ Objective Generate qualified leads and enquiries from high-value clients. This is NOT an e-commerce campaign. We are looking for quality over quantity. ⸻ Responsibilities * Audit our website and landing pages * Develop Google Search campaign strategy * Create campaign structure * Keyword research * Competitor analysis * Write compelling ad copy * Configure conversion tracking * Optimize campaigns daily * Improve Quality Score * Reduce cost per qualified lead * Weekly reporting ⸻ Requirements * Minimum 5 years managing Google Ads * Experience with luxury architecture, construction, real estate, hospitality or high-value B2B services * Proven portfolio * Experience generating premium leads * Strong understanding of conversion optimization * Excellent English Google Partner certification is a plus. ⸻ Please include in your proposal 1.
