Pricing, proposals, or closing remain strictly with our sales team; the setter’s success metric is a confirmed, high-quality appointment. A brief activity log and calendar invite for every booking complete each hand-off. Fluent English, a confident phone manner, and the discipline to track outreach volume and results are essential. Familiarity with Canadian construction or real-estate sectors is a plus but not mandatory. Deliverables: 1. Prospect list with contact details. 2. Calendar bookings that meet the agreed qualification criteria. 3. Weekly summary report of outreach statistics and outcomes.
