Project Overview I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer to build a clean, elegant and easy-to-manage website for a private countryside estate. The website’s purpose is to showcase the property, accommodation, event spaces and experiences through beautiful photography and simple text. Visitors should be able to contact us directly by email or through an enquiry form to request availability or ask questions. This is not an online booking website. Design Style The website should feel: * Elegant * Natural * Minimalist * Warm and welcoming * Image-focused * Easy to navigate * Fully responsive on desktop, tablet and mobile I would like it to feel like a beautiful portfolio book rather than a commercial booking website. Website Structure Home * Large hero image * Short welcome text * Overview of what we offer * Call-to-action button: “Make an Enquiry” About A simple presentation of the estate and its atmosphere. Accommodation A main accommodation page introducing the different properties. Each property should have its own dedicated page, making it easy to add additional properties in the future. Each property page should include: * Photo gallery * Description * Bedrooms * Capacity * Facilities * Availability enquiry button Spaces A page presenting the different indoor and outdoor spaces available for events, retreats or meetings. Experiences A page introducing the types of experiences offered, such as retreats, workshops or private events. Gallery A full-screen image gallery that is easy to update. Contact A simple enquiry page including: * Contact form * Email button * Space for preferred dates * Number of guests * Message box The form should send enquiries directly to our professional email address. Requirements The website should: * Be very easy for a non-technical person to update * Allow me to add new property pages later * Allow me to change photos and text easily * Include basic SEO * Include spam protection * Be fast and mobile-friendly * Include a privacy policy and cookie notice * Be fully handed over to me at the end of the project Deliverables * Fully completed website * Mobile, tablet and desktop versions * Contact form connected to my email * Administrator access * Instructions on how to edit the website * Ownership transferred entirely to me When applying Please include: * Examples of similar websites * The platform you recommend (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) * Estimated timeline * What is included in your price * Any ongoing costs * Confirmation that I will own the completed website and all associated accounts
