Project Overview I need a premium website for my company, Mallorca Property Advisory. This is an independent property advisory business for international buyers investing, buying, renovating, or building in Mallorca. I am not a real estate agency. My business is built on trust, discretion, and independent advice. The website should feel comparable to the branding and design quality of Aman Resorts, Apple, and a private family office. It should be: * Minimalist * Elegant * Luxurious * Warm * Timeless * Mediterranean * Extremely clean * Premium without being flashy Please use the attached screenshot as the primary design inspiration. I love the layout, typography, whitespace, colour palette, photography style, and overall feeling. I want something original that captures the same level of sophistication while being tailored specifically to my brand. ⸻ Platform The website must be built in Framer. I want complete ownership of the project once it’s finished. The website should be transferred into my own Framer account, and I want to be able to edit text, images, pages, pricing, and content myself without needing to hire the developer again. I do not want to be locked into the developer’s account, hosting, software, or ongoing maintenance services. ⸻ Ongoing Costs Keeping monthly costs low is important. Please build the website using standard, widely used tools with minimal recurring costs.
