Virtual Assistant — Lead Gen & Outreach for Luxury Queenstown Properties (Remote, Part-Time) We create free AI-generated walkthrough video demos for high-end vacation rental properties in Queenstown, NZ, and reach out to owners directly to offer one. Looking for a VA to handle finding these properties and doing the outreach. What you'll do: Find upper-class/luxury listings in the Queenstown area on Airbnb and Bookabach Message each host directly (through the platform's own "Contact host" messaging) with a short example video showing what their free demo would look like Tell interested hosts to email my email to get their free video demo made Track which listings you've messaged so we don't repeat or duplicate outreach What we provide: The example/demo video to send A message template to personalize per listing Good fit if you: Are comfortable with direct outreach and personalize each message rather than copy-pasting Can independently judge what counts as an "upper-class" property (price point, presentation, location) Are organized enough to track outreach without double-messaging the same host To apply: just message me here
