Anjaniyam Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is stepping into high-rise residential and commercial developments, and I want a brochure suite that instantly conveys our new, elevated positioning. I need two A4 outputs—a crisp tri-fold for quick hand-outs and a richer multi-page booklet for digital circulation and premium print runs. The overall look should feel premium yet clean: confident white space, refined typography, and seamless integration of our brand colours, logo, and tagline. I will supply high-resolution renders, floor plans, and copy for the company overview, project highlights, amenities list, and contact details. Your task is to weave these into a visually compelling narrative that balances striking imagery with clear, readable information. Please focus on: • Prominent visuals of the properties • Concise but detailed amenity sections • Consistent brand elements throughout every spread Deliverables (all print-ready and press-optimised): • Editable source file for each format (AI or PSD) • High-resolution PDFs for review • Final print-ready files with bleed and crop marks To be considered, include a detailed project proposal outlining your design approach, timeline, and the software you will use. Experience with real estate or architectural layouts is a plus, but the decisive factor will be how convincingly your proposal demonstrates you can deliver a modern, elegant result within our brand guidelines.
