I’m putting together an extended journey through Bali, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam and I need a seasoned travel specialist to craft the full itinerary from the ground up. The focus is on seamless logistics and refined comfort, so every overnight should be in hand-picked luxury hotels that truly elevate the experience rather than just tick the five-star box. You’ll map out a logical route across the five destinations, slotting in the smartest flight, ferry or rail connections so travel days stay short and stress-free. For each stop I want a curated mix of signature activities—think private temple tours, sunset cruises, chef-led food walks, spa sessions, rooftop cocktail spots—balanced with enough breathing room to wander on our own. Ground transfers, fast-track airport services and any advance tickets for popular attractions should be factored in so I don’t spend time queuing or negotiating on arrival. Deliverables I expect: • A day-by-day itinerary in Google Sheets or Excel, clearly showing location, hotel, planned activities and confirmed transport. • At least two luxury hotel options per city with current nightly rates, direct booking links and short notes on why each property stands out. • Transport plan detailing carriers, departure/arrival times, class recommendations and estimated costs. • Activity sheet with brief descriptions, duration, pricing and reservation contacts for every suggested experience.
