macOS App Reverse-Engineering Enhancement

Descripción de la oferta
I have a macOS desktop application that I legally own and use for personal projects. I now need to delve into its internals so I can extend—or optionally disable—some built-in limitations and add new features that are not offered by the vendor. The goal is strictly to modify and enhance the existing functionality, not to pirate or redistribute the software. You would deconstruct the current Mach-O binary, map out its Objective-C/Swift classes and resources, and then provide a clean, working patch (or reproducible script) that introduces the requested changes. Alongside the patched build, I also need concise technical notes explaining what was altered, where in the code or binary those changes live, and how to re-apply them if the vendor updates the app. Comfort with tools such as Hopper, IDA, Ghidra, LLDB, or equivalent is essential, as is a solid grasp of macOS security entitlements and code signing so the modified app remains gate-keeper compliant. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let me know what approach you would take and roughly how long you expect the analysis, patch development, and documentation to require.
