MacOS Layered Image Editor

Descripción de la oferta
I am building a lightweight image editor that runs natively on MacOS. The core of the project is straightforward: a clean interface where users can open common image formats, perform the usual crop, resize and rotate actions, and work with multiple layers (show / hide, reorder, adjust opacity). Nothing fancy like Instagram-style filters or AI magic—just reliable basic editing backed by solid layer support. Here’s what I need from you: • A signed MacOS application bundle (Apple-silicon + Intel universal build) ready for drag-and-drop installation, plus full Xcode project files so I can continue iterating later. • Implementation of crop, resize and rotate tools that feel smooth even on large images. • A layer panel similar to what you find in Sketch or Figma—thumbnails, drag-to-reorder, simple visibility toggles, opacity slider. • Standard image formats supported on open and export (PNG, JPEG, TIFF at minimum). • Clear documentation of the code structure and any third-party libraries used. I’m happy with Swift or Objective-C—whichever lets you deliver a native look and good performance. Frameworks such as SwiftUI, AppKit, Core Image and Core Graphics are fair game; please avoid electron-style wrappers because footprint matters. Once you send the first build I’ll test on macOS Sonoma and provide feedback. Final payment releases when the editor performs the stated actions without crashes and the source builds cleanly on my end. If this scope matches your skillset, let’s get moving.
