I have a collection of PDF and scanned files that need to be re-typed accurately into a digital format. Because the documents are scans, copy-paste tools won’t work; I need someone who can work carefully line-by-line, double-checking spelling, numbers, and any special characters as you go. Accuracy is more important to me than speed, but I would still like steady progress with daily status updates so I can keep track of how the work is moving along. Before we start the full batch, I’ll share a small sample so you can show me your approach and so we can confirm the final output structure that best fits my workflow (Excel, Google Sheets, or another agreed format). Deliver the completed file(s) ready for immediate use, with no stray line breaks, extra spaces, or formatting errors. If this sounds straightforward to you and you have a track record of clean, error-free typing from scanned sources, I’m looking forward to working together.
