I have a collection of numerical records that must be keyed in by hand into a structured spreadsheet I will provide. Accuracy is far more important than speed—there is no strict deadline, so you can work carefully and double-check each figure before submission. You will receive the source files in batches (mostly PDFs and occasional images). For each batch, simply fill the matching columns in the template, save the file, and return it to me for a quick spot-check. Once everything balances with my control totals, I will release approval and send the next batch. Deliverables • Completed spreadsheet for each batch, with figures validated and free of transcription errors • A brief change log noting any illegible or questionable values you flagged If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and happy to maintain consistency over time, this should be a smooth ongoing task.
