This assignment focuses on filling three key leadership positions: - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Marketing Manager/Director - Accounting Manager Candidates must be based in or sourced from Jordan, India, or Pakistan, with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. An MBA is mandatory for all three roles. The recruiter will manage the full executive search process, including understanding the role requirements, building a longlist through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search technique, and their professional network, followed by candidate screening, interviews, and coordination throughout the hiring process. Deliverables - Search strategy outlining sourcing channels and timeline. - A longlist of qualified candidates for each role within one week. - A shortlist of five interview-ready candidates per role, including CVs, salary expectations, and availability. - Interview summaries, reference checks, and final recommendations. - Regular progress updates and a final project summary. Success Criteria Success will be measured by the recruiter's ability to identify and present high-caliber candidates for each position, while maintaining clear communication, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout the assignment.
