I need an Excel-based (or Google Sheets, if you prefer) workbook that lets me stay on top of every deliverable flowing through Production, Engineering, Procurement and Quality Control. On a single data sheet I want to enter or import the usual facts—start date, due date, responsible team, completion status and the extra fields we use in house such as “Job Pack Required” and “Job Pack Available”. The heart of the job is a live dashboard that turns that raw data into: • clear visual charts and graphs that refresh automatically, • an at-a-glance summary of upcoming deadlines and stretch targets, • performance metrics broken down by team so I can spot bottlenecks fast. I should be able to export that dashboard—ideally to PDF with one click—so I can drop it straight into management packs without additional formatting. Conditional formatting or traffic-light indicators for items creeping past due would be very useful, and slicers or drop-downs to filter by team, project or date range will keep it easy to read. Deliverables • Final unlocked spreadsheet (.xlsx or equivalent) with the data table and interactive dashboard fully linked. • Brief user guide or annotated sheet explaining where to add data and how to refresh / export the overview. Acceptance criteria: all charts update from the data table without manual editing; filters work for each of the four teams; export produces a clean single-page (or at most two-page) summary. If macros are required, they must be clearly documented and compatible with Office 365 desktop.
