I need an experienced recruiter who already understands the rhythms, skill sets, and culture of the manufacturing sector. My immediate focus is to fill several mid-level openings across engineering, production, and quality control. You’ll be working directly with me to design a sourcing strategy, tap into your existing manufacturing networks, and move qualified candidates through screening, short-listing, and initial interviewing. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and any niche job boards you rely on for shop-floor or plant talent are welcome; just use what gets results fast and accurately. Deliverables I expect: • A vetted short-list for each role, including résumé, salary expectations, and availability • Concise interview summaries or scorecards that highlight technical fit and soft-skill observations • Weekly progress updates so we can pivot quickly if a role evolves All positions are mid-level, so I’m looking for solid experience rather than entry-level up-skilling or C-suite head-hunting.
