I need a clear-cut market area analysis centred exclusively on customer demographics, with income levels as the key metric. The purpose is to define the real-world catchment zone around my retail site, quantify its buying power, and visualise that data on an easily shareable map and concise slide deck. Here’s the flow I have in mind: • You delineate the catchment area (3km radius) using reliable GIS tools such as GapMaps, QGIS, ArcGIS or equivalent Python workflows. • You pull current demographic datasets for that footprint, summarising household income levels (median and segmented SEC tiers) as the primary metric, along with an age group breakdown (specifically highlighting the 18–45 adult demographic density). • You present the findings in two formats: a high-resolution map (PDF/PNG) with legends and a short written brief explaining the key numbers, any notable spatial patterns and how they translate into opportunity. Acceptance criteria 1. Catchment boundary logic explained and reproducible (shapefile or GeoJSON). 2. Income statistics sourced from an authoritative database and properly cited. 3. Visuals are clear and ready for board-level presentation.
