Our services include: * Domestic Educational Tours * International Educational Tours * School Excursion Programs * Experiential Learning Programs * Astronomy & Stargazing Events * Adventure-Based Learning Camps * Customized School Travel Itineraries * Educational Workshops and Student Engagement Programs Our mission is to help schools transform traditional learning into unforgettable real-world experiences through carefully designed educational travel programs. --- # Position: Freelance Business Development & Marketing Executive **Location:** Hyderabad (On-site) **Duration:** 3 Months **Employment Type:** Freelance / Contract --- ## About the Role We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented freelancer who will work closely with our team in Hyderabad to expand our presence among schools. The selected candidate will play a key role in building relationships with schools, meeting principals and management, presenting our services, and converting schools into long-term clients. This is a field-based role and requires extensive travel within Hyderabad. --- ## Responsibilities ### Business Development * Visit schools across Hyderabad. * Meet Principals, Vice Principals, Correspondents, and School Management. * Present Ecube Trips' educational travel programs. * Generate qualified leads. * Schedule presentations and meetings. * Follow up regularly until deals are closed. * Build long-term relationships with schools. ### Marketing * Promote Ecube Trips' educational services. * Explain the value of experiential learning programs. * Represent the company professionally during school visits. * Coordinate promotional campaigns and outreach activities. ### Tour Planning * Assist in preparing customized educational tour itineraries. * Coordinate with the internal operations team. * Help design school tour proposals based on client requirements. * Maintain records of inquiries and proposals. ### Reporting * Submit daily visit reports. * Update lead status regularly. * Track meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. --- ## Skills Required * Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred) * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills * Sales or business development experience is preferred * Marketing knowledge is an advantage * Ability to confidently interact with school authorities * Good organizational and planning skills * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace --- ## Requirements * Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate for the 3-month contract. * Must be available for full-time field work during the contract period. * Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred. * Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad. --- ## What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: * Self-motivated * Target-driven * Professional in communication * Passionate about education and student experiences * Comfortable meeting new people every day * Interested in growing with an expanding educational travel company --- ## Compensation * Fixed monthly payment (to be discussed based on experience) * Performance-based incentives for successful school partnerships * Travel reimbursement (if applicable) --- ## Why Join Ecube Trips? * Work directly with one of the fastest-growing educational travel companies. * Gain experience in education, tourism, and business development. * Opportunity to build strong industry connections with leading schools. * Performance-based growth opportunities beyond the initial contract.
